How the program works:
A random hand is dealt, the optimum discard is made, then a random turnup is
drawn.
In this way, you can score a hand more of what you could expect see in
a match.
The difference between the 4 card doubles and singles is that in the singles two cards have been discarded to produce the optimum hand, so you can expect higher scores with this setting.
